Terrain - achievement and program records

  • Login with your Scouts Australia member number
  • Where youth members can record their achievements and record a log of their adventurous activities, earn badges, and work towards their peak award (for example, the King's Scout Award for Venturer Scouts)

Program Resources

  • Factsheets, templates and other information relating to the youth program 

Training at Scouts Australia

  • Login with your Scouts Australia member number
  • Mandatory Work Health Safety and Child Safe Scouting modules, required for all members aged 18 and over
  • Leader and Committee training
  • Youth Member training for Adventurous Activity skills, and for earning VET qualifications

To login to the Scouts Australia sites for the first time, you will need the following information:

  • Username: membership number
  • Password: date of birth in format dd/mm/yyyy
  • An email address

Log it - Incidents, Youth Protection and Whistleblowing

Scouts NSW takes youth protection, incident management and whistleblowing very seriously. Anyone can log a whistleblowing or youth protection matter in confidence at the above link.

Plan and Register an Adventurous Activity

Did you know Scouts invented Adventurous Activities? We continue the tradition today, with a wide range of exciting adventures and related achievement pathways available to our youth members.. 

To undertake an Adventurous Activity, you will need:

  • A an appropriately-qualified Activity Leader or Guide
  • A risk assessment for the activity
  • Parent or guardian consent and health and safety information uploaded (your own if an adult) via ScoutHub on this site (group events) or Scout Event (100+ participants)
  • An Adventurous Activity Notification form
